Getting up at 2AM in the morning and doing intense breathing exercises in the dark, for hours, to try to awaken kundalini energy, and it took Isabella herself many years of doing this, every night, before she finally was able to blast out of her body. Or, so she claims anyway. And I saw another video where she attempts to teach people this, but only about 20% can do it, even after years of disturbing your sleep and busting your balls to do it. I know I don't have the discipline for it, but good luck to you. Could be big waste of time and money, and she could be a scammer even. I don't know........
Well, I'd suggest not waste your time then. If you will only try it for a few weeks, but Isabella herself, the teacher, could not do until after many years, then it will not work for you. Yes Icke mentions Isabella, but Icke also obsesses about Gnostic Archons but NEVER mentions Sophia, which is what Gnosticism is all about. So, although he has much good information, he is suspect and may be working for the Archons (perhaps not even realizing it, as their mind control is so precise).
Nobody has an escape method that works. At least, they cannot prove it. Isabella can talk a good talk, but until you actually die, it is very speculative. We're all in the same confusion and grappling reality, unfortunately.
Doing nothing will guarantee defeat. Doing nothing is not an option. I have to try new things. My guess is that if something is going to work "fast", I have to see glimpses of success in a few weeks.
If you give me a list of things to try, I will look at them.

That's why I said I'm going to "try" it. I have to try things. If something doesn't work for a few weeks, then it doesn't work for me.

At the very least, Isabella sounded very confident. I can't learn anything from another confused person.
