I thought this Greg Reese post was a good one to cross-post to my alien section, although Archaix has brought good information to cognizance that all these accounts can also be explained by tech advanced humans (…who have always been with us…), pretending to be aliens.
This is so interesting and I'm glad you posted about this. It's been something I've been wondering about lately. My daughter revealed to me recently that she has experienced sleep paralysis on three or four occasions. Something else I've been reflecting on is an experience I had when I was a little girl, lying in bed one night and it felt like I lifted out of my bed, maybe two or three feet, hovered there for several seconds and then was suddenly and quite violently spun around and dropped back into my bed. I've never shared that with anyone before, and I certainly knew I could never tell my parents as they would have just dismissed it. I've never been able to explain it, probably never will but this could be an explanation.
