#36 - MED - Does the source of the Mandela effect know we are detecting it?
Hello once again, this is JLL with Gnostic Intel on the Internet. I'm coming to you on the 5th of May 2017. This is installment number 34 in the Gnostic Investigation on YouTube, Mandela effect decoded. And the title is, “Does the Source of the Mandala Effect Know We Are Detecting It?”
So I begin this presentation, this talk, with that question. And of course, implied in that question is a second question, well, what if it does? does. So to introduce this special talk about which I have a special feeling, I'm going to go to a special material which is in the Nag Hammadi codices in the Gnostic Coptic writings that were found in Egypt in December of 1945. There is one text which is enigmatically called “Thunder Perfect Mind”. That's a really intriguing title. Is that a fetching title? “Thunder Perfect Mind”.
So I'd like to read you, if you'll bear with me, some lines from “Thunder Perfect Mind”. And in doing so, I’d like you to bear in mind that this text is rather unique in the corpus, in that it represents a pure instance of what scholars call an arotology, A-R-E-T-O-L-O-G-Y. In a loose send, an arotology is a narration of a divine figure's deeds. The listing, the inventory, the presentation, the exposition of the deeds of a divine being is called an arotology.
But in the stricter sense, and the text in the NHC presents a case of the strict sense, it means a first-person narration. So what you have in “Thunder Perfect Mind” is a first-person arotology of the goddess Sophia, the wisdom goddess, speaking to you in the first person about who she is, what she is, how she feels, and what her achievements and intentions are. I won’t read the entire text. I will link to various verions achievements and intentions are. I won't read the entire text, I will link to various versions of the text, various translations, but I'll read some lines. So here goes.
“I was sent from the power and I have come to those who think upon me, and I was found among those who seek me. Look at me, you who think upon me, and you hearers, hear me, you who are waiting for me, take me to yourselves, and do not banish me from your vision, and do not make your voice hate me, nor your hearing. Do not be ignorant of me at any place or any time. Be on guard. Do not be ignorant of me. For I am the first and the last. I am the honored and the scorned. I am the harlot and the holy one. I am the wife and the virgin. I am the mother and the daughter. And I am the members of my mother.
“I am the barren one and the one with many children. I am she whose marriage is multiple and I have not taken a husband. I am a midwife and she who does not give birth. I am the comforting of my labor pains. I am the incomprehensible silence, and the always remembered thought. I am the voice of many sounds and the utterance, the logos of many forms. I am the utterance of my own name.
“Why, you who hate me, do you love me and hate those who love me? You who deny me, confess me, and you who confess me, deny me. You who speak the truth about me, tell lies about me, and you who have told lies about me, speak the truth about me. You who know me, become ignorant of me, and may those who have been ignorant of me come to know me.
“For I am knowledge and ignorance. I am shame and boldness. I am unashamed. I am ashamed. I am strength and I am fear. I am war and peace. Give heed to me. I am she who exists in all fears and boldness, in trembling. I am she who is weak, yet I am well situated in my own pleasure. I am foolish and I am wise. I am she who has been hated everywhere and who has been loved everywhere. I am the one upon whom you have thought and whom you have scorned. I am unlearned and it is from me that you learn.
“I am the perfect mind and the repose of the mind. I am the Gnosis of my seeking and the finding of those who seek after me and the command of those who ask of me and the power of the powers by my Gnosis of the messengers who have been sent by my Logos and the gods in their seasons by my command and it is with me that the spirits of all humans exist and it is within me that women exist. I am she who is honored and praised and who is despised scornfully. I am peace and because of me war has come to be.
“I am an alien and a native. I am substance and she who has no substance. Those who come into being from my synoosia are ignorant of me, and those who are in my synoosia know me. I am the hearing which is attainable to everyone and the incomprehensible utterance. I am the non-speaking mute and great is my multitude of utterances.”
So there you go, that's a little sampling of “Thunder Perfect Mind”. It's actually quite a well-celebrated piece of work from the Nag Hammadi library, and I could comment at length upon those lines, of course, and I will comment a little in the course of this talk.
I just want to point out that my book, Not in His Image does end with a citation from “Thunder Perfect Mind”, particularly one line that I enjoy so much. This line I think is really relevant to the Mandela effect, considered as coming from the planetary animal mother herself, the Aeonic mother, Sophia.
“I am unlearned and it is from me that you learn. I am the Gnosis of my seeking and the finding of those who seek after me.”
This is the conclusion of my book, and yet, in a way, you could say, it is the overture of this study of the Mandela effect, couldn't you? You know, Gnosis is a pretty esoteric affair, and to delve into it soberly, deeply, accurately, is like diving for treasure in a turbulent sea.
But when you retrieve that treasure and bring it to the surface, what do you do with it? What do you do? Have you ever heard that expression, do not cast pearls before swine? Well, how can anyone who has retrieved the true treasure of Sophianic wisdom, offer it to the world at large?
Well I can tell you I questioned how to do that for a great many years. It was certainly the central and primary topic of many conversations that I've had with people who would care and dare to listen. And you know, I'm no longer troubled by that question, thanks to you out there who are participating in this investigation with me and showing yourselves to meet its standard, which is a high standard.
Well, I'm no longer troubled, and I can tell you what. Or I can't tell you, or I don't know. Either way, it's a huge unburdening of my soul. I can see clearly, and I have growing confidence every time I upload to this channel and read your comments. That the deeply mystical and esoteric message of Gnosis can now reach the world at large. With Mandela Effect decoded, the power and scope and beauty of this message passes into the public domain.
Be assured that I am really proud and really delighted about this event. Through Mandela Effect Decoded, the goddess who speaks through these sublime lines from ‘Thunder Perfect Mind”, is reaching and teaching humanity at this moment right here right now, and the revelation of her story, presence, and power has only just begun.
Now I know that these lines I've read are highly evocative. The paradoxes stated are dazzling and baffling, and some of the allusions have certainly already triggered certain questions in your mind. For instance, she says in her arotology, and it is with me that the spirits of all humans exist, and it is within me that women exist.
Well, what is the special thing about women and what is the special thing about goddess anyway? I mean, what is this guy John Lash think he's doing? He seem to be standing up there in public, as if he could talk for some goddess entity. As if he could speak for her with the same presumption that bearded men in their authority speak for God. So how does what John Lash says count for anything more than a feminist version of men speaking for God? Have you considered that?
I tell you, I have considered every conceivable objection to what I do. Now I would like to dedicate a talk, I have a note right here in front of me, on a talk on the goddess mystique to elucidate some questions around the strongly feminine gendered language of Gnosticism and the Sophianic vision of life. Also you know that she says remarkably, I am substance and she who has no substance. Well this refers to a clue in the Mandala effect array of signals.
In particular to that much discussed instance I would say, put it in the top ten, Berenstein, Berenstain bears. What is the Berenstain? Well, that is actually the substance of the Aeon Sophia, and the substance of humanity as well. So there are actually allusions in “Thunder Perfect Mind” that can be elucidated and decoded directly from examples in the Mandela Effect. In a certain respect, “Thunder Perfect Mind” is like a ciphertext. Remember that term? It's like the translational text you use to decode a cipher.
Also in that same paragraph, that same section, the narration, the arotology says, those who come into being from my synoosia are ignorant of me and those who are in my substance know me. So you might wonder, hmm, well what is her synoosia? Well, syn, S-Y-N, is a prefix meaning joined, like synthetic, S-Y-N, syncretic, synthesis. S-Y-N is a Greek root meaning that which is joined or fused. And, noosia is from the Greek verb noos, which means intelligence. So sinusia means a bonded mind, or bonded in mind, to be bonded in mind with her. And even those who are bonded in mind with her, she says, are ignorant of her.
Well, this is a statement that I would translate in this way. Every single human being who lives on this planet and has a certain IQ, excuse me, at least above 85, has the conscious capacity to know the simple fact that they are embedded in a living being and that their minds are given to them from the mind of that greater organism. That is the synoosia that we all enjoy.
Yet many live in this synoosia and are ignorant of it. But those who are in her substance know the synoosia. They are conscious of the synoosia. So you see it's absolutely outrageously beautiful and profound. “Thunder Perfect Mind”. And one other point that I would make regarding this remarkable document, before I get to the chase here, is this: allow me to point out, without the risk of being too pedantic, that numerous experts and scholars of this recondite and difficult material, even Christian scholars like Gilles Gispert, have pointed out the allusion of thunder seems to refer to Buddhism, or at least it refers to an essential theme in Buddhism and particularly Tibetan Buddhism. Now guess what that is?
Well, one name for Tibetan Buddhism is Vajrayana, meaning the diamond vehicle. I just did a little talk on the diamond vehicle a couple of days ago. It can be on Mythophrenia, if you snuffle around like a bloodhound, you might find it there somewhere. And this term Vajra in Sanskrit, which is Dorje in Tibetan, is translated as crystal, lightning, or thunder and lightning.
So the idea that thunder in the Gnostic script alludes somehow to Vajra in Tibetan Buddhism is a solid allusion and a good detective would follow that allusion. And if you followed it far enough, well, lo and behold, you would come to Gaian tantra. And in Gaian tantra, there are various names for the entity who is speaking through this arotology, that is to say, your Divine Mother. There are numerous names for her because one name is never enough for the Divine Presence indwelling the earth, and living through all the natural elements of the earth and even living through your life.
Or perhaps better said, you live your life through her, without exactly knowing that you do. In any case, among these names, there is the secret Dakini name that has been known since October 10th 2008, that is to say, given known to the world at large. And that name is Vajra-Vilasi.
Now, Vajra-Vilasi means thunder or thunder and lightning, Vajra, and Vilasi, flirtatious or enticing. So the name given in Gaian tantra is flirtatious lightning. That is the name given to the Aeon Sophia. Now when I originally disclosed this name in 2008 in the tantric conversions written on metahistory.org. Don't go there, you can do it after this experiment is completed. I really advise, do a minimum of studies outside the investigation for now. Just bring all your concentration to this investigation and to the delights and discoveries that await us.
But in that work, the Tantric Conversion, and later work, I explained that flirtatious lightning refers to two factors which are ever-present in nature. One of them is the factor of lightning on the planet. At any particular moment, like right now, at any second of any day, there are at least 300 lightning storms raging through the atmosphere of the earth.
At the same time it refers to the lightning in your mind. It refers to the firing of your neural synapses. You have lightning in your mind, “Thunder Perfect Mind”. This cerebral lightning that you have, that I have, can be understood as the electro-acoustical circuitry of your brain which is always firing off electrical or neural impulses. And the thunder of your perfect mind is the silence of thought, the mysterious silence of thought that arises from the firing of the neuronal field.
Now just think about this for a moment. “Thunder perfect mind”. The thunder of her mind is silence and her name is silence. That line also occurs in this arotology. How is it that you can hear your own thoughts when actually they make no sound? That is because you have her mind, but she allows you to take it as if it were your own. I've explained this phenomenon at length in Not in His Image.
What we are discovering now, and that's all pretty esoteric stuff, and there's a certain standard of intellectual savvy required here. Let's admit it, folks, okay? But now, all of this esoteric knowledge, wisdom, Gnosis, passes into the public domain, and you are the emissaries of this knowledge. Now, as you engage in the decoding of the Mandela effect, I have explained, no one else has done this, and I can assure you, no one else is capable of doing this, exactly how she uses the ping of a Mandela effect to tap into your neuronal circuits.
You know, the Aeonic Mother designed you in the galactic core, even before the Earth existed. And when you as a human creature came to emerge on the body of the earth, which happens to be her very embodiment, every single thing about you down into the most minute microscopic detail is continually present to her mind. The mother is in your mind, gives you your mind, allows you to think it is your own mind, and she wants you to act as if it is your own mind, because the mother gives you the freedom of your own mind.
But now she has hacked into your mind in a very particular way, with very specific intentions. The Gnostic intel informs you that the Aeonic mother has hacked into the first attention of the human species. Actually she's hacked into your memory circuits which are part of the second attention or subconscious, as well as the first attention, and she's hacked into the internet itself, into the material medium that human beings have created using IT, which is a creation of the human mind, a specific creation. It's not a creation of the Archons or aliens, although it closely resembles the world of simulation that is typical of the Archons.
And what is her purpose? What is the purpose of the mother hack, as we call it? She is coming in to teach you, capturing your attention, to teach you how to participate in her correction. So that is the momentous event now unfolding on this planet. Now with that said, let me return to the question in the title of this talk.
Does the source of the Mandela Effect know that you are detecting it? Well, before I founded this channel in the beginning of February, I was pondering how to introduce the proposition that I intended to develop here. And a very simple example came to my mind. I thought, well I'll just start out with this because it's a common instance from many scenarios, from many films, and I think it would be a user-friendly way to introduce the investigation.
I was thinking of stories and films in which someone gets thrown into a prison cell. Okay? And there they are, locked in this cell, maybe with only a small window to look through. They don't know what's around them anywhere. They're cut off. They're in a kind of solitary confinement.
Now in that situation, what typically happens is that the prisoner, the captive in the cell, at a certain moment hears a noise. It could be a tapping, it could be scratching, it could be murmur, an unintelligible murmur of some kind. Now let's just say that it's a tapping, because this often happens. There is the character in the cell and suddenly there's tapping on the wall of the cell coming from outside. Well, this is a momentous event, right? Because the captive realizes that there's another cell beside their cell and someone in that cell knows they're there and they're trying to reach them.
Now, when I thought of using this analogy to introduce my channel, I said to myself, John, you've got to distinguish very clearly to the people that the first instance of knowing that there is someone there in another cell only requires that you detect the tapping. After that, there is a second phase when the tapping turns into some kind of signal.
So, it's sort of like the difference between me just coming up to your house and knocking on your door, okay? Then you know there's someone at your door. But if I come up to your house and I knock on your door in Morse code, you know, or I knock and scratch. I think you would have to use knock and scratch. So a knock is the short and scratch is the long, according to the format of Morse code, right? The short and the long. Dot dot dot, dash dash dash, dot dot dot. That's SOS in Morse code.
So if I'm knocking on your door or I'm in the cell next door to you, then I tap three times on the wall, I scratch three times, and I tap three times, and you get the message. You don't merely know that someone else is there trying to communicate to you. But you begin to see that they are going to communicate a message to you, not merely their presence is signaled, but a coherent message is coming.
And there are various ways that could be done. Of course, you could communicate by tap and scratch, which would be Morse code. Another way to communicate, which would be more elaborate and tedious, but very effective, would be to use the letters of the alphabet according to the numbers of the alphabet. So for instance, if the person in the other cell tapped a succession like this, one tap and a pause, then four taps, pause, one tap again, and then 13 caps. Well, if you took the trouble to write out the letters of the English alphabet and assign them numbers, you would see that 14113 gives the word Adam. So the person in the cell would be telling you, hey I'm Adam, I'm over here in this other cell, let's talk, right?
This is an analogy that I considered at the beginning and I'm presenting it to you now because it applies at the depth of this investigation that we have reached, passing the midpoint. I mean, we're deep in this investigation now. And the first part of the analogy has been proven, hasn't it? The pings that are delivered by the various anomalies of memory, the changes in logos, the changes in the names of products, in the names of people and so forth, are like the initial taps. At first, they just get your attention, you don't know there's any message coming through them.
Second stage is putting together the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle, constellating certain of the Mandelic clues, and then you begin to realize, wait, there's a systematic signal coming through what were initially detected to be merely random taps. Now there’s a third stage. There's a third stage and we are exactly at that stage where we, having detected the Mandela effect, are wondering how to signal back to the source that we are detecting it, right? Are you wondering about that? Well, you're already doing that. You're already doing that by the very fact of bringing your attention, diligence, and concentration to the decoding exercise.
So I submit to you on this day May 5th, Cinco de Mayo, of 2017 that it’s a pretty good bet that the source of the Mandela effect knows that we are detecting it, in this investigation and decoding it. And yet, and yet, being Snoopy as we are, and exercising our probative faculty, which she herself endowed in us with great hopes for how we would use it, well, we want proof, don't we?
So another way to phrase the question that titles this talk is, “How would the source of the Mandela effect let us know that she knows that we are detecting it?” Well, the answer is simple. Let's not make it too complicated. The process would become interactive. And I venture to say that some of you already know that it has and are getting on to this really, really fast. In fact, I would say that the last incidents that I reported concerning the detection of a change of one word in the Nag Hammadi materials is indication of interactivity. It's not the only proof.
You yourselves will certainly discover proof, if you haven't already, that this investigation has moved into a phase of interactivity. Now I want to advise you, in concluding this talk, if I can, in the next 4 or 5 minutes, I want to advise you of something extremely important in the Gnostic discipline. I call this the art of anticipation. Anticipation is different from expectation.
When you have an expectation, you expect something to happen and you more or less know what it is that's going to happen. When you anticipate something, you can do it without necessarily preconceiving how it's going to happen. Anticipation is an art of attending to what's coming to you. It requires readiness and vigilance to what's coming to you. “Mama said that life was like a box of chocolates”.
Well in the past it was. In the past, you never knew what you were gonna get. But it’s not that way now. You sort of know what you’re gonna get. You sort of know, you and I, sort of know, that if the Aeon Sophia knows that we are detecting the signals she's transmitting, then she will send signals confirming that she knows. It's kind of melodious isn't it? It’s like a musical phrase, isn’t it?
So, what do we do to dispose our minds soberly to those signals? Well the art of anticipation involves first of all a factor of confidence. We can be confident that some of the signals now coming, new signals, new instances of the Mandela effect from this moment on will prove that she knows that we are detecting her and they will be extremely interactive. It's already started. It's already been observed by some people in this effect which is called the reverse Mandela.
It's that first you see something change, like Flintstones becomes Flinstones, and then later it changes back and becomes Flintstones again. Well, why does that happen? Why did that happen? And why does it occur with several other instances as well? It occurs because she's playing with their intention. It's like you would play with an animal, like you would play with a dog in order to say, throw the ball so the dog runs and gets the ball, and the dog brings the ball back to you, and then you throw it again, and the dog brings the ball back. But at the third time, you don't throw the ball, you just make the motion of throwing the ball, and you watch how the dog reacts, and you play with the reaction.
So reverse Mandela effects show that she is already detecting that you are catching the signal and she's playing with it to hold your attention, to secure your attention and to confirm the interactivity. Once again, the art of anticipation requires diligence to look for the signals that will prove interactivity, confidence that those signals come, but it also requires the discipline of not presupposing too much, of not inventing the interactivity. You don't have to invent it, you don't have to embellish it. It's much more thrilling to see it happen in its pure form.
So I advise you, and I can say happily, that already this investigation has taken us to the point where the interactivity becomes vivid. Vivid and vivacious. And flirtatious. And enticing. But it does require, and it does require, a certain rigor and skill on your part. Do not fake or fudge the interactivity. You see, there's a tendency in the human mind toward make-believe. That is a factor of the power of human imagination.
The Aeon Sophia, your Divine Mother, endowed you with imagination. I'm going to talk at some point in the remaining installments about the difference between divine imagination and human imagination, and explain how to use human imagination correctly, which is part of the Gnostic discipline. As this experiment becomes interactive now, you're going to have the opportunity to hone your powers of imagination, so that you imagine correctly and so that you can discern the difference between a fabulous or fabulating imagination and a genuine imagination.
And that difference is something of the utmost importance in the cultivation of mantique or true spirituality. A lot of what passes today for spirituality is very bad use of human imagination. The Mandela effect presents in many instances opportunity for you to train yourself in mantique and in divination.
Divination is the sober and rigorous art of using your imagination, not only to detect omens and signals, but to transmit them back to source. And by the time this investigation ends, you and I are going to be doing both in a massive orchestration that culminates in November of 2017.
I'll also do a talk on the timing parameters of this experiment and explain to you how I can be so precise about the dates that I often cite. Tak.
I'll conclude at that point. In doing so, it's my pleasure to leave you with a most felicitous notion. This is a notion that came out of my studies of alchemy, many many years ago, going back actually to the Jupiter-Saturn conjunction of 1981.
And in the studies of alchemy that I made, undertook at that time, in which I presented to other people in my course on alchemy, there was one felicitous proposition that went like this: it's one thing to use the power of imagination to see and envision what might be, how things might be. It is another thing to use the power of imagination to see how things actually are……already.
And that is the proper use, the proper discipline of human imagination. If you cannot use your imagination to see how things are, then you don't have the foundation to use it to see how things might be, or how things will be, or how things shall become.
So I leave you with that felicitous thought, and as always, until the next time, may your attention be rewarded by the truth.
